ABOUT THE FAB BOWLING FUN-RAISER

November 2, 2019 at B's Bowling in Burton, MI

Our homebrew club, the Flint Area Brewers, is actively involved in the craft beer and beverage community in Genesee and surrounding counties. Our mission is to expand the craft by providing our homebrew club members with educational opportunities and social events focused around the homebrew and craft beer culture. Therefore, we are organizing and hosting a bowling fun-raiser at B’s Bowling on Saturday, November 2nd. Proceeds from this event will allow us to cover operating costs (such as website maintenance, insurance, etc.), purchase club equipment, pay for or subsidize events for our members, provide more learning opportunities, spread the interest in homebrewing to others, and support the craft beer and craft beverage community.

This fun-raiser (see flyer) also offers us an opportunity to spread the word about our homebrew club and all of the awesome craft beer and beverage establishments in the Genesee and surrounding counties. To help us make this a fun and successful event, we are seeking lane sponsors for the event and donations for the auction. We’d also love for you to purchase a ticket to join us at the event to enjoy a night of food, fun, and bowling.

• Gold lane sponsors receive a 3x4 all-weather lane sponsor banner, which is displayed before, during, and after the event (2-3 months). The banner is yours to keep. You also get 1 lane for bowling with up to 6 bowlers. The lane sponsor with banner is $250. Lane sponsor commitments due by October 22 to allow time for your banner to be printed and hung at B’s Bowling in Burton, MI. 

• Silver lane sponsors will have an 8½ x 11 printed sign with their logo displayed at the lane table during the event. Silver lane sponsorship is $50.  

• Donations for the auction could include pint glasses, growlers, clothing, gift certificates, or other merchandise specific to your business, etc. 

• Participation is open to all adults ($20 per bowler or $10 per spectator). Tickets can be purchased directly from us by emailing us at flintareabrewers@gmail.com to make arrangements for cash or check payment. You can also purchase tickets online at https://squareup.com/store/flint-area-brewers-fab-inc. 

Lane sponsors and auction donations will also be promoted on our Facebook page, our Instagram account, the FAB Bowling Facebook event, and through our website to recognize your generous contributions.
